Apple Roses

Apple Roses

You’ve seen these beautiful Apple Roses all over Pintrest and while they look so fancy they are very simple to, roll and bake. On a snowy {April, can you believe it?!} Sunday morning I decided to give them a whirl. Most recipes call for using a premade puff pastry however I tried with pie crust. I used a Betty Crocker pie mix to save time and it worked out perfectly. Mini beautiful apple “pies”, who didn’t want that during a snow storm in April?! April showers bring more flowers as New England spring moves on. Would love to hear how these worked out for you.
