The long title is worth it…
Preheat oven to 400 degrease and grease bread 9 x 5 pan.
Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
2 eggs 1 cup white sugar
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Butter, Cinnamon and Sugar for topping
Directions:
Combine eggs, bananas oil, sugar and vanilla with a mixer until smooth. Set aside. Sift together dry ingredients in a second bowl. Pour into banana mixture bowl. Stir until smooth. Add the chocolate chips and stir until even. Pour batter into greased bread pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top and use a butter knife to swirl. Bake for 45 -55 mins. Check at 45 and use a tooth pick to see if batter is cooked through. Once out of the over smoother the top with butter while hot. Sprinkle again with cinnamon sugar. The is no such thing as ‘too much’ cinnamon and sugar on this one. Trust me.
