Below I am sharing with you a sure to be spring crowd pleaser perfect to bring to your next picnic or BBQ. The flavors of a BLT with crumbled feta play perfectly off of juicy red Backyard Farms tomatoes. Sure to hit the spot, without the carbs!
- 1 Large Backyard Farms Tomato on the Vine, sliced
- 1 Head of Crispy Romaine, chopped
- ⅓ cup Crumbled Feta
- 8 strips of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Your favorite dressing, Ranch or Balsamic Vinaigrette recommended for serving
- Arrange all ingredients evenly in a serving dish for a crowd pleasing salad.
