Ginger Sesame Stirfry

- 1 Cup Ginger Sesame Marinade and Sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ¼ cup Soy Sauce
- 6-8 Chicken Breast Tenders
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
- ½ cup snow peas
- ½ cup carrots, shredded or julienned
- ½ small yellow onion, diced
- Salt and pepper
- Green onions for garnish
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- Green onions/chives, chopped for garnish
- Marinate chicken with ¾ cup marinade and honey, 1 hour prior, up to 24 hours.
- On a grill pan over medium high heat, grill chicken tenders until cooked. Set aside.
- While the chicken is cooking, heat a large skillet over low and sauté onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
- Cook until onions are translucent about 2-3 minutes
- Add in broccoli, carrots and snow peas and ginger.
- Add in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper, stir.
- Cook vegetables until tender.
- Slice cooked chicken into strips.
- Add in chicken, ¼ cup ginger sesame sauce and sesame seeds.
- Toss to coat.
- Serve over a bed of rice. Viola! Stirfry bowls.
