Ginger Sesame Stir Fry

Ingredients
  • 1 Cup Ginger Sesame Marinade and Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup Soy Sauce
  • 6-8 Chicken Breast Tenders
  • 2 cups chopped broccoli
  • ½ cup snow peas
  • ½ cup carrots, shredded or julienned
  • ½ small yellow onion, diced
  • Salt and pepper
  • Green onions for garnish
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
  • Green onions/chives, chopped for garnish
Instructions
  1. Marinate chicken with ¾ cup marinade and honey, 1 hour prior, up to 24 hours.
  2. On a grill pan over medium high heat, grill chicken tenders until cooked. Set aside.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, heat a large skillet over low and sauté onion and garlic in 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Cook until onions are translucent about 2-3 minutes
  5. Add in broccoli, carrots and snow peas and ginger.
  6. Add in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper, stir.
  7. Cook vegetables until tender.
  8. Slice cooked chicken into strips.
  9. Add in chicken, ¼ cup ginger sesame sauce and sesame seeds.
  10. Toss to coat.
  11. Serve over a bed of rice. Viola! Stirfry bowls.
