Spicy Mini Sliders

  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup finely diced yellow onion
  • ⅛ cup fresh parsley finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Mini Hamburger Rolls
  • Assorted Toppings and Condiments
  1. Pre-heat your grill pan over medium high. Spray with cooking spray.
  2. Mix ground beef and all ingredients evenly in a large bowl. For best results use your hands and start working.
  3. Work mixture until well blended into a large circle.
  4. Slice circle into even parts depending on how many and how large you want your burgers. Make them a little larger than you want them as they will shrink down on the grill.
  5. Form mini burgers from eat section of meat.
  6. Grill on the grill pan until cooked to your liking. 3-7 minutes on each side.
  7. Add to rolls with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
I would call them spicy sliders but mini burgers sounds way cuter x 3 #lineupburgers3burgers1
