Oven Roasted Turkey Breast

Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 1 hour 35 minutes
Total Time: 1 hour 50 minutes

This recipe is for a 5-7lb turkey for 4 people. Double the ingredients for a larger bird.

Ingredients

  • 1 Turkey Breast 4-8 lbs
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic, minced
  • 2 Teaspoons lemon juice
  • 2 Teaspoons dry mustard
  • 3/4 cup white wine
  • Fresh Rosemary, Sage and Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven 350 degrees.
  2. Ensure your turkey is thawed and cleaned.
  3. Whisk together Olive Oil, Garlice, Lemon Juice and Dry Mustard.
  4. Place your turkey into a roasting pan and surround with vegetables of your choice.
  5. Using a spatula, spread the mixture over the turkey and pour the white wine over it.
  6. Tie the herbs over the turkey. You can also chop some and slather on.
  7. Roast at 350 for 1 approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes.
  8. Use a thermonentor to ensure cooked to 165 degrees and juices run clear.
