What Fruits and Vegetables are Safe to Feed Your Dog?

Here is a list of Fruits and Vegetables that are safe to feed your dog.

Theo Leo Cappuccino, our new Goldendoodle puppy, LOVES cooking with me in the kitchen. It’s one of the times he’s on his best behavior. He often lays on my feet when I’m cooking or doing the dishes. How can I resist this sweet face? I can’t. So I share with him fresh fruits and veggies that are healthy treats for dogs. He LOVES gnawing on big carrots and crunchy apples. They also entertain the puppy in him for a bit so I can get things done (he’s totally a little ankle biter right now).

Fresh fruits and vegetables are healthy snacks for humans and dogs alike. While we don’t fully make his dog food, (this is what we feed Theo here), we definitely are enjoying him giving him a treat or two.

Please note this is not a complete list and consult your veterinarian with any questions. I also want to note that fresh veggies especially should be cut up so nothing is a choking hazard (think of it like feeding a toddler!)
